I'm Bec Farah, also known as the Poo Fairy and Gut Girl!
​
With extensive studies and experience, I’m a qualified and registered Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, Colon Hydrotherapist, Personal Trainer, Speaker, Writer and overall Gut Health Expert.
​
My passion for health began from a young age, where I decided to become a Dietician and work in third world countries to tackle world hunger.
​
After school, I enrolled into Nutrition to begin my Dietician journey, and noticed my friends were enrolled into this interesting course called 'Naturopathy' - I had mega fomo!
Curiosity got the better of me, so I enrolled, having no idea my passion was about to change and evolve.
​
Fast forward six years later, moved to Byron Bay aka the Mecca of Health and Wellbeing. I have worked on and facilitated several detox retreats around Australia, worked alongside the best Integrative Doctors in the country, written several articles for health magazines and had a regular segment on the radio.

I wake up, blast music and dance each morning to wake up...way better than coffee!
As a surprise to my palate, I create a different latte each day - cacao latte, mushroom latte, chai latte and experiment with different ingredients.
My heritage is Lebanese and Egyptian, which geographically means I’m half African, half Asian.
I have to google spell 'sauerkraut' every time - it has too many vowels in the word. Am I right?!
My wardrobe is 90% from op-shopping, for the best finds. #reduce #reuse #recycle. I could run my own fashion show and it would be fabulous!
