Ahh, finally the perfect balance of the omega family!


It is SO difficult to get sufficiet amounts of omega 3's in the diet, let alone the correct ratio of omega-3 and 6 fatty acids.


Flaxseeds and sacha inchi seeds are nature's richest sources of plant-derived omega-3. Hemp seed oil (the seed, not plant, don't freak out or get too excited) is rich in omega-6. Avocado and macadamia oil naturally contain omega-7 and 9.


Omega-3 and 6 are vital for healing the gut lining, brain function and pretty much every cell in the body needs the correct balance of these 2 brothers.
Omega-7 is a unique fatty acid that assists in the utilisation of fats and glucose to help maintain healthy blood sugar levels.
Omega-9 fatty acid offers protection to cell membranes from free radicals.
These oils naturally contain vitamin E to help preserve the omega's from going rancid
Thesse oils also contain phytosterols that can minimise the absorption of cholesterol in the diet - cholesterol helps us make our hormones and vitamin D - we need cholesterol from good sources like these oils!


I personally like to leave the fish alone and let them play with their friends in the sea because most fish oils on the shelves are already rancid (yes, off!), so they do more damage in the body than good.


Plus this has a nutty flavour to it, much more palatable than fish oil.


There are several vegan-omega 3 supplements available, but based on much research, this is one of the few existing companies in the world to have not extracted the omega-3 content from the chemical hexane!
